Stay by the sea and take a flavour-inspired trip to Restaurant ÄNG, about 20 kilometres from Varbergs Kusthotell and right next to our sister hotel, Ästad Vingård. This package includes an overnight stay at Varbergs Kusthotell and a full evening at ÄNG with its Nordic tasting menu. When dinner at ÄNG is over, you will return to Varbergs Kusthotell for a restful night’s sleep. The following morning, breakfast is served in the Severins dining rooms.

ABOUT RESTAURANT ÄNG

Step into the glasshouse and let Restaurant ÄNG take you on a culinary journey through Halland and out into the world. Run by Ann-Catrine and Filip Gemzell, ÄNG is located next to our sister hotel, Ästad Vingård, about 20 kilometres from Varbergs Kusthotell in the beautiful Åkulla Beech Forest. Since 2021, ÄNG has held one Michelin star as well as the guide’s green star for its meticulous sustainability work. Dinner is served as a tasting menu with an accompanying drinks package or selected wines from ÄNG’s cellar. The dining experience lasts around four and a half hours.
